Torrance, California

Torrance is a South Bay city incorporated in 1921 and is located in the southwestern region of Los Angeles County, California. Torrance has 1.5 miles of shore-front beaches on the Pacific Ocean, and it’s quieter and less well-known by tourists than others on the Santa Monica Bay, such as those neighboring Redondo Beach and Manhattan Beach.

Torrance has its airport, Zamperini Field, and primary commercial and private jet airports serving Los Angeles: LAX, VNY, LGB, SNA, BUR, and SMO. Regional airports include HHR, TOA, FUL, POC, ONT, and CNO.
