Textron Aviation is the general aviation unit of the conglomerate Textron. It was formed after they acquired Beech Holdings’s businesses, including Beechcraft and Hawker Aircraft. The company has a diverse aircraft portfolio and a strong focus on innovation. This includes the Cessna aircraft manufactured by Textron.
Since 1992, Textron has been providing airborne solutions to commercial, government, and military customers. Its products are known for their reliability, versatility, and low operating costs. Although it does not produce its Hawker jets, the company provides parts support for Hawker jets. In addition, it offers engineering support for Beechcraft.
Cessna, a subsidiary of Textron Aviation, makes an extensive piston aircraft line. Cessna’s line of airplanes ranges from light sport airplanes to executive jets with 235-knot cruise speeds.
