San Antonio International Airport (IATA: SAT, ICAO: KSAT, FAA LID: SAT) the international airport in San Antonio, Texas that serves the greater metropolitan area. It is located uptown of central San Antonio, approximately 8 miles north of downtown.
There are three long runways, two concrete of 8,502 and 8,505 feet in length, with the third asphalt runway at 5,519 feet. A predominantly commercial airport, the airport saw 9 million passengers in 2017.
There are four fixed base operators (FBO) at KSAT providing private terminals and aircraft services. Your private plane can fly to Million Air, Signature Flight Support North and South, and the Sky Place FBO.
An international facility, US Customs and Border Patrol services are available from 8 AM to 8:30 PM after hours and weekends by appointment.
