Manhattan

Manhattan is the smallest and most densely populated borough of New York City. The island of Manhattan, which is bounded by the Hudson, East, and Harlem Rivers, is the United States’ most populous island. The famous Empire State Building and the neon-lit Times Square are in Manhattan, as are many theaters and museums.
