Also known as Jack Northrop Field, it’s the home of Northrop Grumman Aviation and SpaceX. A short drive from the newly constructed SoFi Stadium, this airport shares airspace with nearby LAX.

Hawthorne Municipal Airport is an FAA-designated general aviation reliever airport. It is the closest airport to the Los Angeles International Airport and features private VIP facilities, a well-lit airport, and hangars. In December 2015, the airport opened a pair of new commercial hangars. They boast a full-service fueling station and an assisted self-service fueling station with Jet A. The airport is 80 acres in size and features an excellent runway and easy freeway access. A lighted runway and an air traffic control tower make the airport an attractive place to fly.
