Fulton County Airport is 6 miles west of downtown Atlanta‘s central business district. It is also known as the Charlie Brown Field, and other lesser-used names are the Charlie Brown Airport or Brown Field.

The airport consists of 985 acres and has three runways; the longest is 5,796 feet. At present, there are currently about 100 aircraft and helicopters based full-time at KFTY.
