Located four miles northeast of downtown El Paso, El Paso International Airport (ELP, KELP) is the largest civil airport in West Texas, Southern New Mexico, and Northern Mexico. It handles airline passenger services, air cargo, and general aviation flights.

El Paso International Airport has three runways with asphalt pavement and is the primary commercial airport in West Texas, Southern New Mexico, and bordering northern Mexico. It is owned by the City of El Paso and operated by the El Paso Aviation Department.

Commercial Terminals and Runways at ELP

The El Paso International Airport has one commercial terminal and two concourses.  The A1-A4 terminal is on the upper level of the west concourse, while the B1-B11 terminal is on the upper level of the east concourse. Many shops, restaurants, and other amenities are available in the terminal. These include Burger King, Carlos and Mickey’s, Plaza News, Starbucks, Home Team Sports, El Paso Marketplace, Schlotzsky’s- Cinnabon, PGA Tour Grill, and Barnett Harley-Davidson.  Other options for shopping and dining are found throughout the airport. Some of the El Paso International Airport’s most popular shops are in Concourse A and B.
