While staying in many of the luxurious hotel offerings,  you can also enjoy the nightlife in the city’s downtown area. Calle Guerrero has several restaurants and bars, including Sammy Hagar’s Cabo Wabo Cantina. If you prefer a more authentic Mexican experience, you should head south to the Marina district. This area offers some of the best beaches and an excellent oceanfront experience. You can spend the day exploring the city’s pristine coastline in the morning.

Playa El Médano, the city’s main beach, has numerous bars and outdoor dining options. The area also offers a variety of other beaches, including Playa del Amor or Lover’s Beach. Playa del Amor is the oceanfront site of the famous Cabo Arch.

Cabo is the third-largest city in Baja California Sur after La Paz and San José del Cabo (although slightly less crowded than San José del Cabo). It has experienced very rapid growth and development.
