U.S. travel warnings to Mexico are now “fair,” tourism head says

Mexico’s tourism minister, Gloria Guevara, has changed her stand on U.S. travel alerts to her country, saying that the warnings are now “fair,” as drug-related violence in the region has spread to 80 municipalities.
