My husband and I recently used JetOptions for the first time. It was, simply put, one of the best customer service experiences of our lives. Gus Lira treated us like royalty from start to finish. He coordinated boxed meals for our family (we were traveling with our 2 teenaged sons) as our tight schedule would not have permitted us to eat otherwise. In addition, he made sure that our one-way car rental was picked up by the rental company. Most importantly, significant weather issues forced us to move our departure from Airport A to Airport B to Airport C. Gus communicated promptly and with great detail as we were traveling in an unfamiliar area. Our ground crews and pilots were courteous and professional. We traveled in the Lear 31A and Gus was quite accurate in its description. As I told my husband after the trip, “It will be hard to go back to commercial!” If you’re going to fly private, fly with JetOptions. The customer service is top notch
