Nextant 400XT Bizjet Debuting at EBACE

The first production-conforming Nextant Aerospace 400XT will make its public debut at the European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (EBACE), from May 17 to 19 in Geneva. The 400XT is a remanufactured Beechjet 400A/Hawker 400XP with Williams FJ44-3AP engines, Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21 avionics and a zero-timed airframe complete with new paint and interior. It has better fuel efficiency and a greater range (2,005 nautical miles with four passengers) than the base airplane, and winglets will be offered as an option soon. The twinjet to be displayed at EBACE is one of only a few Nextant 400XTs that is available to purchase for 2011 delivery. The Cleveland-based company, which has four other aircraft undergoing remanufacturing, expects to deliver 11 of the 400XTs this year and 48 annually within three years.
