As Congress and the White House negotiate over the nation’s deficit and debt ceiling, NBAA is concerned that aviation user fees might resurface. On Friday, JetOptions (being a member of NBAA) received a message from NBAA president and CEO Ed Bolen sent to members to explain the situation, and what steps the industry must take to confront it. “To reinforce our point that fuel taxes are a better mechanism than user fees, we need you to alert your representatives in Congress today,” urged Bolen.
