BJT Online reports that Gulfstream’s large-cabin business jets have again earned high marks in the annual product-support survey conducted by JT sister publication Aviation International News. Nearly 1,200 AIN readers participated in the survey, in which Gulfstream earned a combined 8.01 average rating for aftermarket service for newer and older aircraft. Cessna took second place with a 7.87 rating, the same position it held last year, followed closely by Gulfstream mid-size-cabin jets at 7.86. In the combined turboprops category, Mitsubishi’s MU-2 scored the highest of any manufacturer in any category, with a 9.43.
