JetOptions Private Jets is looking for highly motivated Sales/Business development professionals prepared to join the company as Charter Account Executives focused on generating new business. The company is seeking high-energy driven candidates to represent JetOptions Private Jets as we continue to expand our market share as a leading on demand aircraft charter broker.

The Charter Account Executive will be prospecting daily and needs to be skilled at qualifying new customer opportunities, capable of challenging a prospect’s existing business practices and introducing them to JetOptions’ charter service. This is a self-motivated direct sales position. You have to be willing and able to constantly prospect for new business. You can build and manage a sales team that will grow under you. This position allows unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of JetOptions’ charter sales offerings.
• Hunt for new business daily through a combination of lead follow up and target account prospecting.
• Actively maintain a sales pipeline with documented activity in accordance with JetOptions processes and methodologies.
• Executive jet charter sales and jet card sales
• Sourcing aircraft and quoting
• Booking trips and securing payment
• Arranging customer catering and transportation needs
• Active customer flight following
• Heavy telephone and face to face contact
• Maintain existing customer relationships
• Manage new customer relationships
• Efficiently manage time to focus on activities that grow pipeline and revenue.
• Build long-term relationships by meeting or exceeding customer expectations for future sales.

Basic Qualifications

• 3 years minimum proven track record as an air charter broker or in direct sales
• Knowledge of private air charter and the private air industry in general is helpful
• Bachelor Degree is preferred but not required
• Excellent negotiator
• Motivated to sell – cannot stress this point enough!
• Very energetic
• Outstanding phone skills
• Outgoing personality
• Well-organized with attention to detail
• Knowledge of world geography
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to be a team player in high pressure environment
• Foreign languages are a plus
• Creative sales techniques and excellent command of the English language
• Proven ability to successfully prospect, influence and close sales deals over the phone.
