Michael Maddock and Raphael Louis Vitón. It explains that smart leaders make sure their company does a little of each. To keep the creative juices flowing, consider using your customer-service records as a source of fresh ideas, and use rapid prototyping to cheaply and quickly explore the potential of even the most oddball ideas your team generates.
