The upcoming 2023 World Series of Major League Baseball will be a thrilling seven-game series featuring the National League and American League champions. Scheduled to begin on October 27, 2023, the series will alternate between the home stadiums of each team. The first round of playoffs will consist of a best-of-three wild card series, followed by the divisional series. The top two seeds from each league will receive byes in Round 2, with No. 2 facing the winner of an unlikely five-on-five matchup against one of its 4-5 competitors before moving onto best-of-seven World Series play.
After an eventful 162-game regular season, MLB playoff teams are preparing to enter this year’s World Series. Game One of this Fall Classic is set for Tuesday, October 3, with potential Game Seven taking place Saturday, November 4. Each game will take place at the home stadium of the higher-seeded team.
