Both US and Europe expected to grow
Raisbeck Engineering has announced the addition of its EPIC Performance System to the Beechcraft C90GTx production line, effective immediately. Raisbeck Engineering and Beechcraft have been working together for over a year to bring the very best performance possible to both the new C90GTx and the existing C90GTx fleet of approximately 150 airplanes. Several sales of both new and in-service C90GTx models have already been made.
Hawker 400XPR proves to be popular
At the annual NBAA convention, Beechcraft has sold six upgrade packages for its Hawker 400XPR. Buyer is Anchorage, AK-headquartered Guardian Flight. First deliveries are planned for 1H-2015
Guardian Flight Orders Six Hawker 400XPR Upgrade Packages
Guardian Flight has secured six orders for the Hawker 400XPR upgrade package from Beechcraft. First deliveries are planned for the first half of 2015.
“As the largest air medevac provider in Alaska, this order demonstrates Guardian Flight’s confidence in the added range performance and operating value provided through the Hawker400XPR upgrade,” said Brad Thress, senior vice president, Customer Service at Textron Aviation, at NBAA 2014 in Orlando.
The FAA handed over certification papers for Embraer’s Legacy 500 executive jet during a ceremony at the National Business Aviation Association Conference and Exhibition, in Orlando, Florida. This approval enables entry into service of the aircraft in the United States and in countries that require such certification.
CAE and Bombardier tighten bond
Bombardier and CAE have secured several agreements which will see their existing partnership extended to include various additional business jets of the Canadian OEM.
