Corporate Angel Network, which coordinates transportation for cancer patients to treatment centers via empty seats on corporate jets, arranged to carry 317 patients last month, the largest number of monthly flights in its nearly 30-year history. In July, CAN flew 307 patients, a record for the organization until that time. More than 35,000 flights have been scheduled since the charity’s founding in 1981.
