The National Business Aviation Association has joined with the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association in filing a court brief to challenge new government limits to the Block Aircraft Registration Request (BARR) program. The brief, filed with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, argues that the FAA’s revisions to BARR are unlawful and should be invalidated.
