Signature Flight Support, a BBA Aviation company, announced today that it has acquired the FBO assets of the JETS facility at London Biggin Hill (EGKB/BQH). JETS will continue to operate its core business of aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul, while Signature Flight Support will own and operate the FBO assets.
The addition of the London Biggin Hill location complements Signature’s other London private air FBO locations at London Luton, London Heathrow and London Gatwick. Biggin Hill is ranked in the Top 15 European B&GA airports and is the 3rd largest business and general aviation airport in the UK regarding aircraft traffic. The location is closest to the eastern portion of the City of London and Canary Warf. The airport is not slot-constrained, in addition to being a designated Port of Entry, and is a dedicated business and general aviation airport that provides scheduling flexibility to private aircraft.
