The BBJ 787-8 stands out with its impressive range of approximately 9,260 nautical miles (17,150 km), made possible by innovative lightweight composite structures and breakthrough fuel efficiency. “2014 is set to be a landmark year for BBJ with several key milestones, including the service debut of our first BBJ 747-8 with a fully customized interior,” added Taylor.
To date, 13 BBJ 787s have been ordered, with deliveries extending through 2018. Boeing Business Jets offers its aircraft in a “green” state, allowing customers to select a completion center to design a bespoke VIP interior tailored to their tastes and needs.
