With the launch of this dedicated aircraft, Bombardier will also align select AOG mobile and onsite response offerings under the Customer Response Team name
Bombardier Aerospace announced the new dedicated Customer Response Team (CRT) aircraft, a Learjet 45, has been launched to provide resolution of Aircraft on Ground (AOG)/unscheduled maintenance events in the continental United States. The aircraft will operate 24/7 and will be based at Chicago Executive Airport (PWK) in Palwaukee, Illinois, which is in close proximity to the Bombardier Parts Hub and Chicago-based Customer Response Team truck.
