Meridian, FBO company based at Teterboro Airport (TEB), once again received top honors for exceptional service according to three well-respected fixed base operator (FBO) surveys. JetOptions often uses Meridian TEB FBO and our clients like it.
Meridian Teterboro was voted #1 FBO in the Northeast by FltPlan.com and was the top-ranked FBO at Teterboro Airport in both the AIN and Professional Pilot surveys. In the ProPilot PRASE survey, Betsy Wines was voted #1 Best Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the 16th time, and Victor Seda earned the #5 spot. For the 8th year in a row, Meridian Teterboro has had two CSRs in the top five slots.Betsy Wines, VP Customer Service & Human Resources, had this to say, “We are honored that our customers and friends have voted us among the best FBOs. The National Business Aviation Association joined with other aviation groups and the Federal Aviation Administration in kicking off an eight-month national safety initiative aimed at helping general aviation pilots better prepare for potential weather challenges. JetOptions is a member of NBAA.
“Got Weather?” is an online initiative featuring information and resources for pilots about a range of weather phenomena.
“GA pilots have an opportunity to make a real difference in improving safety this season by asking friends and family to get engaged in the campaign, being prepared and fine-tuning their pre-flight decision-making skills,” said FAA Administrator Michael Huerta while unveiling the program on Sunday at the Great Alaska Aviation Gathering, held in Anchorage, AK.
